Ok ,so for some reason, I did not post for last week's weigh-in Wednesday! It completely slipped my mind. But I am posting today so that I can be held accountable to the Sisterhood.
I lost 2.2 lbs! Yaaay me! Lots of changes this week: I really stepped up my exercise routine with the enormous help of my girl Fergie. We walked/ran over 15 miles last week alone!! We did a mix of outdoor and indoor running. We also instituted Manic Mondays (she doesn't know that I call it that). Basically MM calls for 100 minutes of cardio. Sounds crazy, I know but its great b/c it really jumpstarts the week. We do 40 minutes of cardio on various machines (elliptical, treadmill, etc.) and then we take a 60 minute spin class. And oh yeah, the 15+ miles was ON TOP OF Manic Monday! Insane but it works.
I also have been eating more greens and lots more fiber so I really feel great inside. I also got really cool new running sneakers and I'm back in kick-boxing class, I hope my number increases next week!

MM sounds insane! great job for surviving! :) keep up the good work.
