Recently, I signed up at Shrinking Jeans and accepted their challenge to weigh in every Wednesday. We all know that summer will soon be upon us and I'm on a quest to look REALLY good this summer. The sun is shining, which means that I am ready to lace up my sneakers and get my run on! I am committing to running a at least two 5k's this summer. The first is on May 9th - Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
Ok, now on the weight in. Since last week, I've lost 1.6 lbs. I was hoping for a little more but its cool since I had gained over 3lbs over the past two previous weeks. So, at least I am going in the right direction. Overall, I have about 15 lbs that I would like to lose - hopefully running will speed up the process!!
I am now not certain where you're getting your info, but good topic. I must spend a while learning more or working out more. Thanks for great information I was searching for this information for my mission.

Way to go, Monique!! 1.6 pounds is GREAT!!! I'm sure once you start running, you'll see the weight fall off and you'll be looking hot just in time for summer.
